The most famous rafting zone of Wisconsin is known as the Peshtigo River rafting zone. This area is divided into two sub regions called Spring Peshtigo and Summer Peshtigo. The upper portion of the River Peshtigo is known as the Spring Peshtigo. This area is about 5-Miles long and the rafting difficulty associate with this area is Class-IV. On other hand the lower portion of the River Peshtigo is known as the Summer Peshtigo. This area is famous for the excellent landscapes and the rafting difficulty of this area is Class-III.
The second one, Menominee River rafting zone is also divided into two sub regions. The higher portion is associated with the rafting difficulty of Class-IV and this area is quite popular among the experienced rafter. The lower land of the Menominee River rafting zone is of rafting difficulty Class-I. This area is often used as a basic rafting training rapid.
The trip through the Smokey Falls rafting region is really breathtaking and enjoyable. This area is about 14-Miles long and the rafting difficulty of this area is Class-III or Class-IV. The biggest challenge for the rafters to raft here is the height of this area.
